Patagonia's waterproof / breathable Galvanized Jacket made of supple, solid H2No ™ stretch fabric with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish combines minimal weight, high robustness and the best weather protection for alpine use. And yet it is fantastically soft thanks to a jersey inside that wicks away moisture and provides a high level of comfort. New underarm zippers optimize ventilation and the ergonomic cut without shoulder and back seams avoids abrasion and creates unsurpassed elasticity.

The Optimal Visibility hood fits over all types of helmets and is adjustable with an integrated Singlepull Cohaesive ™ drawstring system with integrated stoppers. The hand warmer pockets sit high above the belt line and, like the breast pocket, are equipped with waterproof zippers on the outside. Minimalist Velcro straps on the cuffs, which are PU-coated on the inside to close absolutely tight. The drawcord hem can be easily adjusted with one hand; the front zip has an inside wind flap and a soft slider cover. Now with an integrated RECCO® reflector.
