The SaltStick Caps supplement the mineral balance with physical performance and help to keep the electrolyte level in proper balance and thereby maintain the body functions during exercise and to enable better regeneration. The well-balanced formula is based on the natural composition of human sweat and ensures rapid bioavailability of sodium (salt), potassium, magnesium and calcium. The contained vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium.

For continuous use, take one capsule every 20-60 minutes with a little water. The contents can also be dissolved in liquid accordingly. During heavy exercise up to a maximum of 15 capsules daily.

Dietary food only for use during exercise with heavy sweat loss. Contains no doping substances.
